How much does Reach implementation cost?

Implementation is a one-time fee based on the project scope: Tier A: $200, Tier B: $500, or Tier C: $800.

What is the difference between the implementation Tiers?

Tier A ($200) includes basic setup. Tier B ($500) adds additional features and integrations. Tier C ($800) is designed for more advanced implementations, including connections, custom integrations, and multi-currency.

Is the implementation fee charged every month?

No. The implementation fee is a one-time payment. After that, you pay the monthly Reach license and, when applicable, any additional add-ons.

How much does the Reach monthly license cost?

The Reach license costs $149 per month and includes automation and artificial intelligence, campaigns and tracking, omnichannel communication, integration API access, security and authentication, conversational commerce, and integrated payments.

How much does a WhatsApp Business API number cost?

The WhatsApp Business API add-on costs $50 per month per number.

How much does WhatsApp Coexistence cost?

The WhatsApp Coexistence add-on costs $30 per month per number.

Does Reach include a landing page?

The license does not include a landing page. A basic landing page can be added for $15 per month.

What is the difference between implementation, the license, and add-ons?

Implementation is a one-time payment to set up Reach. The license is the monthly payment to use the platform. Add-ons are additional features or resources that can be added based on your business needs.
